Day 1 – Starting the Oregon Coast Trail

The first day of the hike was in July. It was also the day that a snow storm struck the state. At the northern end of the trail, the wind whips the grasses, and the salt air assaults the faces of those who choose to start.

The trail stretches 382 miles to the South, stretching the entire length of the state.
